Edit: I want to make it clear, although I don’t know for a fact I feel that my ASUS UL80j-BBK5 is SATA-II. I am pulling better numbers on my desktop with a Crucial M4 SSD. I will have to try my Agility 3 on my desktop with true SATA-III.
